• Page Number - use the page numbering function to insert in the top right corner
• Running Head - your title in all caps on the left hand side of the header (check with your teacher!)
• Spacing - double spaced, exceptions for tables and figures which can be single spaced
• Paragraph Indention - first line of text 0.5 in. from the left margin (do not use the spacebar to indent!)
• Block Quotations - indent the entire quotation 0.5 from the left margin
• Headings - level 1 are centered, bolded; level 2-3 are left-aligned, level 4-5 headings are indented
• Tables & Figures - numbers should be in bold, titles should be in italics, notes should be flush left
